he is cheating and still talking to this girl in the net...while were stii married and live together he is doing this and now i move out and he still doing it...he wants me to go back with him and i dont know if i can trust him again......

Every man has his slip. It's too difficult to trust him again, but if he loves you then he needs to prove it, he must work hard on showing his loyalty and gaining your trust again. Don't over load yourself, relax and carry on. life doesn't stop there my dear

You'll never be sure.. ur faith and trust in him is broken and even if u try and forgive in the back of your mind u'll never be sure and because no one can predict the future , its a leap of faith that he will be faithful.. but if he wants u back he should prove to u that he's going to try his damnest to be faithful.. and if its a girl on the net, then if he wants u back so badly he needs to get rid of the net till u and him can work on your marriage again, if u take him back easily, he'll only do it again..cause there really wasnt a consequence, there was a bluff, but not a consequence.. so u need to make sure while ur apart that he has to prove to u that u are exactly what he wants and all that he wants.. if he cant do it.. then u have ur proof that he'd cheat on u again, if he does do it.. then there its ur choice to take a leap of faith or not..

You can't be sure. He has proved himself to be a liar and a cheat and he abuses your trust.
Why do you think so little of yourself to stay and put up with this type of treatment.
If you stay, you are allowing the treatment and at that point it's as much your fault as his.

The only way for u to rebuild that trust is for him to earn it back but if he keeps on doing what he's doing...I don't see how u can ever trust him again.

once a cheat always a cheat. every time you get that warm fuzzy feeling, think about that knot you had when you found out he was kissing and making love to someone while you were trusting him.

He will not stop but lets be honest you are not going to find anuone else so just suck it up and get on with it. Are you doing enough to hold him? Prolonged Oral? Anal sex? Outdoors? maybe you should look at the reasons he is straying, YOU, My guess is you could also lose a few pounds and stop the nagging.

from my experience:
once the trust is gone, it's hard to re-gain.
since he cheated on you before he will do it again, and again. he won't stop.
it might not be what you want to hear (and believe me, I didn't want to acknowledge it either) it's over.
the quicker you get over it, the better.

once a cheat...always a cheat..if he already has you will never forget it and anytime anything suspicious come up thats all you will think and when you ask him and he says no..you wont believe him...trust me i have been ther..unless you can forgive him..thats a whole different answer

I know it's difficult to you to trust him again but at least you give him to tring first. If he still do it again no reson anymore to him back to you.
