Contrary to what u think, nobody else can make u lose your temper but yourself, regardless of what was said or done to u. So, why don't u just apologize for losing your temper and try to resolve the issue that started it in a calm manner?

Apologize for losing your temper, within reason that is. Remember, if you walk up and kick a sleeping dog, the dog aint wrong for biting you. As to what caused it all. You both have to sit down and explain to the other why you see it the way you do. If you cant talk about it, write one another a letter explaining your view and thoughts. Hard to argue with or interrup a letter. Remember, feelings are no substitute for truth, reason, logic. I mean, I can feel that I am right for shooting the neighbors cat, but that doesnt make it so.
Next, reverse the roles. Figure out what the situation was and how you would view it had she been the one to do what ever it is she expects an apology for. See if she would apologize for doing it under the same circumstances.
By no means ever give in simply to get along. That will only lead to more trouble. You have to be willing and able to view things from the others persons vantage in many cases.

When you are calmer and she is also. You can apologize for losing your temper. See iif she is willing to follow the rule: first she can state her feelings about the situation. It is important for you not to interrupt and to hear her out. Next, YOU state your position with no interruption from her. If matters become heated, have a calm down rule where you both leave the room until emotions settle down. Sometimes we come to a point where we have to agree to disagree about a matter.
Relationships require work and it seems you do realize that. Good for you! Good luck!

This is from a woman's point of view. Agree to disagree. Go to her and put your arms around her and just let her know that you love her no matter what you disagree on. That's part of the spice of life. If everyone agreed on everything, it would be dull. Anyhow, it doesn't matter who started it. You want harmony in your marriage, right ?

Many relationships had been messed up if not almost impossible to work out because of PRIDE!...humility is always one of the best virtues one could ever keep in a relationship...you've got nothing to loose when you are meek....it's hard but just try it ok..there's no harm in trying..;)
