Budget should be proportionate to the needs of the people such as education, welfare and economic development. Deduct funds from defense, pork barrel of congressmen and expenses of executive officials.

As long as the people currently in power remain, the budget cannot be balanced. If you want the painful truth, these people do not really care about the future of the country.All they care about is how to remain in power and to hell with the rest of the country.If it takes the entire wealth of the nation to keep them at the helm, then so be it.
