Technically speaking, yes, young people can run a country properly. Practically speaking, no they would not be on their own. A mix of old and young does make a right combination. The wisdom factor that comes with experience does play a crucial part in running the affairs of a country.
The fact remains, it should be a dedicated lot of honest people (whether young or old)

Maybe, but you have to understand that with age comes wisdom, nothing teaches better then life experience. Fresh ideas is the forte of the young, however life experience is the mainstay of the older people. Not to say that a younger person not have the personality and charisma to be an excellent leader. It is just usually found in an older person to make the right decisions. Current leader of the U.S. is the exception.

I would ask how old young is. Obviously it would depend on how you thought proper was. Saving lives while trying to stay out of war and protecting citizens would be rough. In voting you need to vote for the lesser or the few evils on the ballet; what has this person done and what has he not done to help us. Do I think a young person could be a lesser evil than an older person...yes.

Depends what you mean by 'properly'. Young people will have to be adaptable & creative in an ever changing world. They have to address threats to the country, rather than push them to the next generation. They have to learn from successes & failures of prior generations.

I am sure they can.

To take on any important responsibility like running the government of a country, you need experience.

But experience is not necessarily a function of age. It is a function of learning.

What I mean is that a person may be older and may have gone through several situations without learning anything at all. This person cannot have more experience than a person who is younger but has learnt a lesson from every situation that he or she has been in.

Once again, "experience" is not about "age", it is about "learning".
