I was informed that hotel airport ashok is closed for renovation. what r the good hotels in VIP road?

There are none near the airport which would suit your budget, because they are mostly the new 5 star's that have come up with a 5000+ per day budget.
You can try hotels near the park circus connector, which is about 25 minutes from the airport.

Hotel Ashok located in the premises of the airport itself. Its a five star hotel and you will get a room within your budget. All passengers who have to take a flight on the same day or on any other day, stays there.

there are a few good hotels on the VIP road around 2-3 kms from air port. They are very convinent for catching early morning flight.
Hotel Golden Inn, Hotel Heritage etc. There are few more near by these hotels. All these are with in 3km from airport on the VIP road.

You will find plenty of good hotels within INR 50 taxi fare distance on VIP road.The closest and best i would suggest is KINGS CROWN,which will be well within your budget & beleive satisfaction.
