Massage - hard circular movements (creams are no good) it's just down to the stimulation.
Drink loads of water - at least 8 glasses a day... this will also improve your facial skin so its a win win.
Cut out caffeine and stop smoking (if you smoke).
I am a size 10 and I have suffered years of cellulite: I smoke about 20 a day and I drink about 5 cups of coffee a day. For the last month and a half I've cut down on my coffee (1 cup a day), I'm drinking 8 glassess of water a day and I'm massaging twice a day and my cellulite has improved dramatically (in fact I have hardly any left).
There is no quick fix and if you want to improve or remove it then it will require time and a determination on your part. Spening £30.00 a shot on anit cellulite creams won't work - been there and tried them all!
Good luck.
PS. A good exersise tip - sit on your bottom and move along the floor using your leg and bottom muscles.

There's a lot of false science put about with regard to cellulite - there is no real evidence that massaging etc works.
However caffeine, chocolate, dairy produce, refined sugars and lack of enough water all lead to cellulite. If you are healthy and eat well but still have it, try eliminating these and make sure you get a good nights sleep every night. If you still have cellulite after eliminating all of these, then I'm afraid your stuck with it - but don't worry too much about it, anyone who finds you attractive and likes you will like you whether you have cellulite or not.

Despite the fact that there are dozens of supposed "cellulite reduction creams" on the market, there is no possible way for any one of them, no matter how expensive, to get rid of your cellulite.
Cellulite is not a skin problem (I'm not a dermatologist but I do medical research)
Its an underlying structural issue, that can only be corrected by reversing the cause of atrophied muscle fibers directly beneath your ?cellulite? trouble spots.
The only proven way to permanently get rid of the dimples and shadows of cellulite is through a series of simple, yet specifically targeted lower-body movements.

Ok, listen very carefully. I have cellulite semi heavy on the back of my thighs and I never thought a product would work for me. I was feeling wild one night (heh) and bought a body shaping cream from a store, not really thinking it would work. Well, long story short, it's maybe a week later and my legs and butt are smooth, soft, and firmer. I can't believe it to be honest, but this stuff has helped me immensely. It's Institut Phyto (yes, that is correct spelling) "Body Shaping Care for Difficult Areas" and is called a Slimming Amincissant. I would love to tell you where to get it, but I bought it from a store that isn't everywhere. If you have a Marshall's in your area, check that out because that's where I found mine. But this stuff is really good, I highly recommend it.

Cellulite does not come from a single cause. It almost always comes from a combination of generic and hormonal factors. Some wrong behaviors, however, can cause or even worsen cellulite: a life that is too sedentary, altered blood circulation, incorrect diet with insufficient intake of fluids, smoking and alcoholic beverages, high heels and close-fitting garments. The plasma fluid, transudated from impaired and weakened capillaries, accumulates and stagnates in surface adipose tissue.
Cellulite can be reduced by a balanced diet and specific treatments https://tr.im/gYHzZ

the best thig for cellulite is to have a course of body galvanic this is a treatment of a gel being applied to the skin and then pads being placed on the skin then an electric current passes through the pads thus breaking down the cellulite. Or you could have a g5 treatment this is mechanical massage and most salons should offer this im a beauty therapist and have done this treatments.
