Think you are more crazy than her :)
This could be some weird syndrome with some restaurant owners. IMHO, from customer point of view, I experienced that when I visited some restaurants/cafes very regularly (in the good old days when I was still doing OK), instead of getting better service/treatment, I get strange cold unwelcome vibes. Maybe they think I was going to rob them or something :)
Why would you think it is crazy that someone is a regular? It could be 'cos they love your food/drinks, ambience, the crowd or location is convenient, or she has a crush on one of you :) Best thing would be to subtly find out from her. The fact that you are even asking this question indicates you are not close to her. Such repeat customers are the ones you should just grab and hold on to her unless you are worried that maybe she has a crush on you or something. Or maybe you are insecure as your restaurant does not have regulars so you find it strange when you have one like her.
Repeat customers are the best and many businesses would do anything to retain and have such repeat customers :)
