Im 7 1/2 months pregnant and a few days ago I started loosing my vision in one eye. Its a blurry, yellowish spot that is right in the center. I'd never heard of this before and none of my friends have experienced this. Anyone out there going thru the same situation?

are you diabetic? have you been tested for gestational diabetes? are you controlling your blood sugars well? because diabetes is common in pregnancy, and ill controlled, can lead to this....

my mother has dealt with this problem!! Once she had the treatment ( 20-30 min. office visit) she was able to notice a difference that same day!! Don't freak out! My mom's a diabetic so maybe this is a rare side affect associated with pregnancy when you run the risk of being diabetic or are already diabetic.

Go see your OB/GYN right away to have your blood sugar checked and then see a ophthalmologist before you completely loose sight in your eye permanently.
