You could try Mobile phone reviews blog: http://www.mobilephone-reviews.com/motorola/motorola-razr-v3i/
Another good place to start is the Motorola site:
http://www.motorola.com/consumer/v/index.jsp?vgnextoid=f0ea34af5025a010VgnVCM1000008206b00aRCRD&show=productHome
http://direct.motorola.com/ENS/web_producthome.asp?Country=USA&language=ENS&productid=30532
I also found Mobique.com quite helpful, except they don't have a good list.

If you're deciding between the two, this is what it boils down to:
1. Music player vs Camera:
The v3i has a neat itunes player, which is great because the music player on the v3x is kinda hard to navigate!
The v3x though, has a really decent 2mp camera with a macro mode. I love that because you can get close ups! It also handles dark night scenes quite well. And if that fails, it has a bright LED which helps with the dark situation. Somewhat. All in all, the V3x photo quality is pretty good - like a real digital camera. The camera on the v3i is really nothing to rave about.
That said, the V3x is a lot thicker and heavier than the V3i. I settled for the V3x because of the camera. But then those nifty Nokia Ns came out with the 3mp cameras, so if you want a camera phone, perhaps a Nokia is a better choice.
