I assume that the log file will hold the details of what the error is but if your getting problems I recommend a clean install I find that usually does the trick

Well, the log file is to track the account status, activity, and records of the account (not to spy on the account, but to store to account's settings and other stuff) and it could not create the log file because you haven't got enough disk space (i don't know how much disk space is needed)

Look at your Windows Event viewer. This should give you details.

- Right-click My Computer, and select Manage
- Click on Event Viewer
- Click on System

You should have errors in this list. Double-click on them to view their details.

Note: you could have a memory or a hardware problem. Make sur that you have enough free space on your C: drive.

attempt turning on your laptop. once you get to the log-in reveal, press Ctrl+Alt+Del , all 3 on a similar time, two times. Then it would permit you sort on your username and password. For username sort Administrator and for the password bypass away it clean. If it quite works permit me understand. this won't artwork in the event that they positioned a password for the admin account, yet via default it quite is clean. (if it has a password, attempt typing in admin, or administrator, or bypass , or password , or admin1 into the password spot.
