can i pull it up on my puter some where or do they mean look on the back of my hard drive like u would a vcr,don't mean to sound stupid but i am new at this.

They want you to pay for it.. when you pay for it they will send you a serial number, which is unique to you..
Ive never heard of this sofware dont do it!! get the free version of ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com it is very good!!

You don;t 'find' it you buy it!..Try adaware and spybot I use both they work well and are FREE!
