You need to go to a gastro doctor. There could be a number of things wrong. It is better to be safe than sorry. You can also go to www.webmd.com and put in the symptoms and get a good idea of what could be going on, but that does not replace the doctor. That is still a must.

Make sure you are giving him healthy meals, with proper nutritional values and vitamins. (NO MCDONALDS HAPPY MEALS!!) and if his stomach pains persist try to figure out when and what he had ate beforehand then take the report to your doctor.
