You should tell her how you feel. One of two things can happen. 1. She'll be happy and you guys can take your relationship to another level or
2. She won't feel the same. But she'll love you like a best friend would enough to respect your feelings and let you down easy and not treat you differently.
Go for it.. and good luck!

does she have a boyfriend?..if that is the case..better not tell her..you will not just give her another problem but also give her the situation in which she may think or feel uneasy towards you or it might be that your relationships of friendship would now go down the drain..you don't want to risk that..instead, show her what you feel about her without ruining your friendship..

Just listen to her stories though you are jealous,... she really needs a shoulder to lean on and cry on,... I know she had a feeling for you,... the fact that she is always with you. Wait until the appropriate time would come ..and thats the best time for you to tell her about how you feel for her...

At this point in time, she may be your soul mate and confidante, but not your lover. I think you had best tell her as it needs to come from you and no one else. She may or may not harbor the same feelings for you that you have, however, you have to anticipate how she might respond. Unrequited love is heartbreak and she knows this and that it what is at risk.

you tell her now. she talks about her relationships to you because she looks at you as a mere friend. if you let her know about your feelings, then she will look at you from a different angle. who knows her feelings might turn around & she will realize that she also loves you.

You need to let her know, it might break up the friendship but if she doesn't feel the same way then you need to move on.

It still depends on your gut feels. If you think you'll scare her off, that time is not yet right, dont say it yet...you can show your love little by little. When time comes, you'll know when to say it.
