my neighbours are moving on friday,a nice 3 bedroom detatched end house,decent garden,quiet area on outskirts of small town,population of town 16,000.

i would but I'm no good with accent's so I'd end up a recluse, sorry but good luck with the new neighbours.
P.s if you don't like the look of the prospective buyers just walk round naked in the garden you'll soon put them off!!
