Yes, it is possible (up to a limit of course). Your posture is basicly how your back and shoulder muscles are toned. It's a kind of reflex to. To change it you should do pushups or chin-ups regularly. I would also highly recommend yoga but it's the more expensive solution as you have to do it with an instructor not all by yourself at home if you want to improve your posture. And you should also ask someone to remind you not to slouch!

I don't know how old you are. However, practice walking around with a book on your head for long periods of time. In order to keep the book on your head, you will have to stand straight. Also, stand in a doorway and position your body so that it lies flat against the side of the doorway. Keep thinking about doing those things and pretty soon it will be a natural thing for you to do.

Im not sure.it depends on ur age.its bcause ur backbone has blended in.
