On Current Form and Performance - the answer is a definite No . But in case Steps are taken to improve the Amenities,Financial Incentives,Coaching Methods, Domestic Tournaments Standards and appointment of a Sports Psycologist , things would improve. No doubt our Players are Talented and on their day can defeat the best teams of Germany,Australia,Netherlands,Spain etc . If all things favour; with a bit of luck , India can win the Next Hockey World Cup .
But if things go as present (11 th this Year WC, 10 Th in 2002) , then India 's chances are very less.

No. India will never win any hockey cup in the future. Will not even enter Semi Finals stage.

Don't they have a seperate section for field hockey questions?In my opinion ICE HOCKEY is the only thing that should be refered to as HOCKEY.

if you are referring to ice hockey, give your head a shake...if you are referring to field hockey, who cares

never, no way not possible, they have to have good players and the right people to run the program to be successful like canada, us russia, sweden,etc
