Failing that use Limewire but watch out for virus.

Agreed- the general quality of the photo is not so great, it appears as if it was taken on a cellphone or something? I dont know of any way to actually improve the quality, but the colouring could be fixed. I guess if you were really desperate, you could try an S curve on photoshop and play around with the colour balance to try and fix the really white spots ... but other than that I dont know if theres much you can do.
