Dont believe everything you see.

oh and to the guy benieth who says the car went 100 miles on 4 oz of water... it actually went 100 miles on 4 oz of water and probably close to 20 dollars in electricity... Coal/oil/nuclear was still used. Just instead of directly powering the car, it was burned, coverted to electricity to make the power to split the water into hydrogen and oxygen.

It's a myth. Can not be done. No way you can get more energy from no energy. Perpetual motion syndrome is long dead and buried. The laws of thermodynamics prohibits such ridiculous situations.

Ummm...... "Perpetual Motion" machines have bilked many out of their hard earned cash!

If Congress thinks it's a good Idea .............. I would run as far away from it as I could LOL ;-)
