whats better as well MCP, MCSA or having a degree?? I know both is the best but which would be better from an employer point of view

Well MCP is the first step towards achieving either MCSE or MCSA certification. while pursuing MCSE or MCSA , MCP certificate will come your way, dont bother about. and it depends upon you do you stop after achieving MCP or go still further.
