Yes. Tell your attornies that you are exploring possible reconciliation. Your case will be put on a special calendar, for dormant cases in conciliation. Many court systems have departments that will give you free counseling to help you resolve your differences.

By all means, stop your divorce. If you are talking to each other, if you love each other, than stay married together. Obviously there was a problem before that started you on the divorce trail, you are now communicating so talk it out, set up a schedule with a good councilor. If you are involved with a Church, ask for help there. Set aside a day and time for at least two hours alone with your spouse, away from home, neutral ground so to speak, where you two can openly discuss what the problems are, and how you can fix them. Divorce sucks big time. It is painful beyond belief, very expensive, and in most cases, solves nothing. Think of what brought you together in the first place, how many good positive things you shared in your relationship, and how much the good outweighs the bad. You can work it out. Good luck.

He's Bi-Polar and you can't trust him to tell the truth or even feel the same about stuff from day to day.

He started the divorce but now has to live with it. Bi-polar is a roller coaster. Quit blaming yourself of why it didn't work out. It didn't work because he is a liar and a cheat and has mental problems....What are you really getting by taking him back? It will never be "Normal" are you prepared for that?

He needs medication and an injection of honesty.
Postpone the divorce if you must but don't have any kids.

My husband and i went through the same situation as you just recently, we went to my lawyer and told the lawyer to stop the divorce, the lawyer asked do you want me to put it on hold, because anything can happen, between now and later. Does your husband want to stop the divorce?

You absolutely have to stop it just look for even the lamest excuse. You will oneday be ver glad you did.It hurts more when it's finally over than when you are going thru it,the anger will make the hurt feel less intense but when the anger's all gone, the hurt can be devastating.Stay together guys!

not probable. Get a attorney and grant your self with protection. stop conversing to her and finally end up a youthful lady chum with greater boobs. No kidding, it is your maximum suitable probability at stoppin the divorce, believe it or not. yet then, while she comes back for all those incorrect reasons, might you want her?

you obviously started the divorce with a lawyer, so end it with one. meaning call your attny and see if he can postpone the final hearing till you and your husband go to counseling and see if this marraige is salvagable.
