I've heard of it, and I'm skeptical beyond words. The last thing I'd associate with childhood behaviour would be calm and restfulness. Bach's "Remedy" is generally considered by herbalists as a good avenue toward mental calm and peacefulness. I suspect that it's the high percentage of alcohol in the tincture that does the calming bit though.

No but i bought some drops for the same purpose from the Bach home remedy range. You would have to take a few drops. I used it for a while but noticed nothing.
