(You must increase your calorie intake.)

1. Eat dried fruite (pineapple, etc.) -- lots of concentrated carbohydrates.
2. Drink a glass of real fruit juice with EVERY meal.
3. Eat lots of pasta.
4. Eat lots of peanuts and peanut butter (if you are not allergic)

Get plenty of good sleep.

There is a product on the market called ENSURE PLUS. It is a milkshake flavored drink that is designed to maintain or to gain weight. Add several cans of this into your diet everyday and that should start to put on the weight safely.You can buy it by the case at any large pharmacy or supermarket.

Not a chance. The most natural and healthy way for you to gain weight is to eat several small meals per day. By the way eat healthy food, and exercise a lot, or else you will become grossly obese.
