Sure, if that's your dream, go for it. Be careful and safe though. There are a lot of modeling scams out there, so use good judgement.
You dont have to be ridiculously beautiful or super tall to be a model. There are opportunities for commercial or print models where they may want a certain look that is more girl-next-door than exotic.
Your face looks better in the second picture, but your pose and confidence look better in the first one.

nope.
first of all, you have to be at least 5'7 to do any sort of modeling, and it's hard to get into.
you can try though....
2nd pic is better. if you live near city of industry, you can try modeling for torrid...

1st pic, more natural. you should take a half body pic. cant really see your figure. but... you look rather big. Sorry
