I have several pieces of furniture that I will not get rid of, but I don't LOVE them, they are just furniture after all. I have a coffee table that is made of maple and the sides come up to make a round table if you need one and I have had it for 35 years and it has marks from all the kids and one leg is chewed from the dog, but I like it and will always have it. I also have a huge Lazy-Boy recliner that two people could fit into and it is the most comfortable seat ever made. I have had it for 15 years and it is still in perfect condition (did you know Lazy-Boys are guaranteed for life) It is my chair and everybody knows it. If someone is sitting in it and I come into the room, they get up. No kitty,no, my chair. Last thing is my bed which I inherited from my mother and according to her I was conceived in it and so were my children (with several new mattresses along the way), and hopefully, I will pass it along.

Yeah I do have. Well that is if you are allowed to call your husband a piece of furniture. He is well worn and I do just love him to bits and refuse to get rid of him even when he is annoying.

ya all of my furniture is crappy but I have 3 dogs and I am a poor white girl so you know how it is, but I would throw it away if I could sit in your lap for a while and talk about the first thing that pops up, or maybe I could use you as a rocking chair... lol (blushing)

Not really, most of my stuff is nice. The only exception is my crappy old POS desk chair, but I don't love it at all.

NO ,I have no problem with "curbing" anything inanimate. It is my worn out relationships I have trouble giving the heave ho.
