The only permanent solution is a medical proceedure, but you can always help by not stressing so much, and getting enough sleep/rest. You can also try a concealer to help cover it...but be sure you get the right shade or it will look horrible.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think a certain vitamin can help you with that (vitamin K?). There are also many over the counter cosmetics that claim they can get rid of dark circles but I've never tried any of them. I use a couple dots of concealer under my eyes to help with dark circles. It really works well (at hiding it anyway). =)

Everyone has dark circles, just that whether it is dark or not. Sleep more is the best way to get rid of it. Try to apply dark circle gel like bio essence every night before you sleep, it will give you better results.

Try using cucumber slices or u can buy ointment and creams w/ cucumber in it. I know this sounds gross but a lot of models and stars use preperation h for puffiness and circles, then apply concealer You can buy the green colored concealer which is for under the eyes (u can get this at wal-mart, walgreens, cvs) or anywheres that sells physicians formula. then of course apply a regular foundation on top of this. I really like the new cover-girl foundation-true match whipped. It is guaranteed to blend up to 97%. try this.

Dark circle are usually caused due to stress or lack of sleep. A good 8-12hrs of sleep for few days should do good. If that doesn't help then I think you can buy masks over the counter. Contact your pharmacist.

Permanently? I don't think you can. Use some of the suggestions given by others.

I believe that some of the higher end paint makers now promise extremely long lasting results from their "Brilliant White" ranges.
