We are lucky that most local governments do not recognize the patriot act. Our right to bear arms would keep it in check if they did. As a potential juror I would say any citizen has the right to use lethal force in defense of life and property against those who abuse the patriot act. They should change the name to the American Coward Act.

The Patriot Act is tame when compared to the limitations placed on us during WWI and WW2 and the Civil War.
I don't talk to terrorists over the phone, and even that program is tame compared to Eschelon. (a blanket, peace-time, surveillance program that you should ask Clinton about.)
If you're worried about your rights, maybe you should have noticed that the Judicial branch stole your property rights last year...

Oh get real...patriot act was enacted several years and not single case of abuse was reported.
The only people complaining about the Patriot Act are the Democrats and Al Qaeda. You are in good company.
