Nandinas have green leaves in the spring that turn red in the fall.
There is the burning bush - which turns a beautiful red before losing all its leaves in the winter.
Crimson Pygmy barberry - red with thorns - loses leaves in winter.
Loropetalum has burgandy/reddish leaves.
Japanese blood grass is a grass with very red tips.

I want to add Ginkgo Biloba. It is a tree and its leaves are green from the one side and red from the other one.
They are used for pharmaceutical purposes.

poinsettia, the one used to represent christmas the red part of the flower is also a leaf used allegedly to camouflage the flower which is really the middle part
