Yes you can but why would you marry someone in jail unless you just wanted the attention for marrying someone in jail. Then there is the reason that you just want to be married with no real commitment. Whatever the reason don't do it. It a waste of your life not theirs. They obviously have all the time in the world to manipulate you into doing things for them. Getting things and getting money for them. You on the other hand get to do all the work at home. Work to give the inmate things and do all the driving to get there to visitation. When there are wonderful things to share in your marriage you can wait till visiting day to tell him. Whoopee. Family gatherings you get to spend single without your partner. Lets see what did you ask? Can you get married to someone in jail. YES Why would you!

First of all you would get more information from calling someone at the prison he's in, but I'd think strongly on this before jumping into marrying him. You've got to think that for one he can't really be there for you when you need him. Another thing is if it's really love it can always wait until he gets out right?
