ill take a swing at this one. do you play base ball. personally i shoot rifles. in shooting rifles you are dealing with straight lines that can varry in height. same way in base ball or any other idea that involves a projectile. if you really want to impress them through a little bit of physics in with it. give examples. "when i run and try to take more than a 130^ turn with my back pack on i cant complete the turn without being thrown off balance" for example. have a map of you school and show all of your classes. then then draw out your route through the whole day. cover everything like stoping to use the rest room and eating lunch. take some close geusses and try to figure out how much ground you cover in a day and see how many 360 degree circles you make just going to your classes

There are alot of things in day to day life that use geometry such as when driving, playing pool or billiards, drawing, building, kids puzzles. Good Luck

why do you wanna use geometry? *shudders* if by packing you mean packing packages then think of "tetris" or "lego" some uses of geometry may be building various things in &/or outside of the house, perhaps larger things like boats, buildings...there's aviation (using to map & fly I guess?), astronomy (somewhat), the list goes on... and of course use it to SHOOT POOL!

How different forms of packaging still contain the same amount. Think milk cartons, or better yet, different shapes of liquor bottles.
