Todd English’s Olives at Bellagio, Hugo’s Cellar at Four Queens,
Michaels’s at Barbary Coast, and Emeril Legases new orleans fish house at MGM grand.

Emeril's New Orleans Fish House inside MGM Grand. The gumbo is soooo good. And my husband's family is Cajun, so I know good gumbo!

i am not sure about the best, but the buffet at Orleans hotel is fabulous. there is italian (so many different pastas etc), salmon, seafood, many other different cusines of many cultures that i cant remember because it was a month ago, but still u could research it online. its a seafood buffet for dinner that i went to and there were so many selections and a fantastic desert bar.
