Find enemies that attack you, and sit near them and heal, etc. they fight you and you just have to moniter.

it's an online game, played with other people.
other people might not have access to such 'cheats', so it's not fair if you have them, and other people don't.
if you get caught using a cheat, you will get banned

Hit ALT + F4 while you're playing. It gives you extra health and weapons.

the closest is using hacks which I don't reccommend considering you'll get banned if caught.
