Nothing beats honesty in a any kind of relationship. Tell her about your real feelings about her. Study the best way to go about it. Every girl is unique. There is no single success formula for what you need to do---to declare to her your true feelings.
Saying "I love you" to a girl is one of the most magical moments in her and even in your life. Be very careful when, where and how you would express yourself.

You need to find out how she feels about you. If she only likes you as a friend then don't persue it. Alot of people don't want to ruin their friendship so they never take it to the next level. I told my bestfriend how I felt and he felt the same. If she feels the same but is scared about ruining the friendship then you need to let her know that you two should give it a try and see what happens. You both don't want to never try and then later on wish that you had. Mine worked out. Been married for 7 years. Not all work out though. for the love of self, please don't rock the boat, unless u are ready to lose this girl forever, think again, u know what will happen....u were friends for a reason....and just respect that....if u want to gamble ..ok act on it...but dont pose a whiny question later...saying , u told ur friend that u want to take ur relationship in a different level...and u lost her...that she's refusing to talk to u now........ then i will say ..i told u so...LOL

i hope shes available. well you can always tell her what you feel unless she in a relationship or you dont have the courage to say it., you know what...its not everyday that you'll have the chance to finally find the person that will make you smile and happy. so i suggest that before the day ends you finally have the guts to say those words before its too late. gudluck

do something that friends dont do and lovers are licenced for that. ask her for dates, send her flowers, cards, bouquets. propose her formlly. occassionally kiss her on her lips and then tell your feelings.
but mind it, dont stoop to do all these things just in a day. do it as rare as possible. this will graven your love and lust for love will start growing,

talk to her about her feelings. tell her that you love her and why you feel that way. but tell her when the moment is right. when you are both relaxed and you know you won't get any distractions

i have had that happen , i cared very deeply for this guy and he did me but if being lovers didn't work out would we still be friends? i didn't do it i want my friend.
