Your question seems to generalize married women. I am married, I have kids and I DONT PAY FOR SEX. You have to REPHRASE YOUR QUESTION if you don't want to get serious outbursts here.

Have you ever considered why that person you know is doing such a thing? You said she has everything but there are things that you may not know. She may have all the material things, but what if she is not getting enough sex from her husband? or what if she is ill (looks for sex all the time) and you don't know it because it too personal? She might be needing a psychiatrist and not meddling.

Stay out of it… Do not tell her husband… Keep it as your own little secret.
Unless you are absolutely certain that you know everything that goes on within her family relationship, you shouldn’t say anything.
As ‘sickening’ as it may seem to be, there may be circumstances which force her into the situation she is in.
Does her husband starve her of affection to the extent that she feels she has to search for it elsewhere?…
Do you know for certain that her husband isn’t having an affair with someone else?…

first things first...if you saw them together (1) how do you know they are doing it?(2) how do you know she is paying hime?(3) i think you are really jumping to conclusions when maybe you need to mind your own buisness. A woman with 4 kids would not be paying for sex if she is that good in bed they would be paying her and that does not seem to be the case does it?
