and the stuff (such as beautiful classic wooden door, piano...etc)

In the beginning of the move when you see the titanic under water that was the real ship.All of the scenes where you seen the titanic under water that was footage of the real ship.They took many dives under water to film it.

If you are talking about the Documentary that explores the wreckage of Titanic "Ghosts of the Abyss" then it is the real ship. When in doubt, you would have to look at the lighting in order to tell that it is real - if it is well lit then it is a fake.

In the 1997 movie (if that's what you're referring to), some of the ship is a model. Some of it is real footage. Some of it is animated.

It's quite fun trying to tell what is and isn't real, though. :) The animated stuff is all based on the real wreck.

A really big model in a studio tank of water.

Everything was made to look like the original ship which sank at sea.

the wrekage was real, the other stuff was made exactly as it was on the ship, some of it by the original companies that did it for titanic

no, it wasn't real, it was all set up on the big stage. i have seen the making of this movie on the HBO, it took lots of time and money to set the stage right for proper cuts...
