Why doesnt Yahoo have a WEBMASTER SUITE online?

where webmasters can enter their site (just like google webmaster tools), sitemap, view and track errors, check keyword positions, submit RSS feeds, and be able to buy keywords adhoc without needing to sign up for full scale Yahoo search marketing (previously Overture)? Pity Microsoft has been left out of the game because Microsoft is too slow and lazy in the Internet game...

because that would be copying! google already does pretty much all that!

overture seems like a way to buy your placement in yahoo... google placement seems more fair to me!
