If you are asking if you can convert it Yes you can...but all that will be on the MP3 is audio...not video...
If you want to do conversions to another format of video from MOV(quicktime/apple) a good program is River Past Video Cleaner
It converts to just about any format you can think of...and if you don't have all the codecs then just download them like the Klite codec package...
If all you want to do is just extract the audio out, then use Video to Audio converter...Google it...

All I want is the audio.(I am a online DJ) And I want to play cool movie soundclips between each song

But By Some Programs you can divide the Music from the pic
but i have no idea how and what you have to use

convert it to avi or mpeg(software for that is available online). then use vcd cutter to extract the audio in mp3 format.
