gloves back. Does anyone know if this is true? In the trial, my book says he is not guilty, so why would he want the gloves back?

Oh Lordy, okay here goes... Does your teacher have proof that OJ said this? Probably not! OJ could have possibly asked that but he would not be able to get them back as they are still key evidence as to who may have killed Nicole and Ron. Your teacher should really be careful in what they say to the class when it comes to this kind of case. I would suggest doing online research into the case and presenting it to your teacher. They could also get in trouble for defamatory comments if presented in a bad light. FindLaw.com and CourtTVNews.com are great places to find out what you need to know. Just make sure you always have the real facts straight. OJ was found not guilty in the criminal trial and guilty in the civil trial and has to pay the families money and has not yet and there is a law suit possibly pending against him for non payment.

He was found guilty in the civil trial though and had to pay a lot of money to the families of his victims.

Actually, that's an old joke.

"Not guilty" does not mean "innocent." And he was found guilty in the civil trial.
