If hes just being a GOOD rolemodel. I think that if hes influencing him in a good way. I dont think its good if theres any of the following...
The 27year old reduces to 13 yr olds maturity
the 27 year old influences the 13yr old to do mature things.
the 27 year old shows suspicious behavior
They do illegal or bad things;
But I think in some cases having an older role model is a good thing. Gives the 13 yr old someone to talk to other than his parents that can influence him in a pausative way.

Only if its family or a big brother type program. My husband has nephews with the same age difference, he has always been a part of their lives. If you are not family I do not think its appropriate.

Unless he is a relative, god son or you are a big brother volunteer, no, in today's age. If you are helping by being a stable male figure then yes, if you have to ask this question, then probably

It depends on the nature of the relationship. If it is a father-son type relationship then thats fine. If it involves anal penetration then it probably isnt. Use your personal judgement on this
