I believe that communist China is gradually becoming more democratic as their economy becomes more global. It is only a matter of time with the age of information. They will have no choice,

The question should be how long before we become more like China? They own most of our National Debt, and we are growing closer and closer to it surpassing our GDP. Economics says that once national debt surpasses GDP, the country becomes vulnerable to having substantial assests confiscated by the debtors, like China, Saudi Arabia, Japan, and so on.

Although I am deeply concerned about China, I do not think they will ever be like the west. A leopard does not change its spots.

They sensor and ignore the human rights of their own people. Communism is a failure. Someone should tell Hillary that as well...

I doubt they will achieve democracy. Capitalism is gaining steadfastly in their country, but democracy is much much further away if it will come at all. The two do not go hand in hand. Most likely we'll see a parliamentary government that derives total control and authority mixed with a capitalist economy.

Do you guys remember 1989? Tiananman (sp?) Square? They are a friggin' communist country and it will always be that way without a revolution. The info age, and their economy have nothing to do with it!!!! WAAAAAAKE UUUUUUPPPP!!!!!!!!!
