Depends on from where to where. Your credits might not transfer over, but that's something you'd have to check with on the school you want to go to.

I transferred and it was pretty easy. I'd recommend calling the admissions department at the school you want to go to and talking to them about what you need to do. You definitely have to apply like a normal student, as well as submit your transcripts. But that's easy.

To transfer? Like from a junior college to a university? It's not so bad. You have to apply, just like you would normally, just check the "transfer student" places. You shouldn't have to have SAT/ACT scores. You'll need transcripts from your high school and your previous college. It's pretty much the same with just a tad more paperwork. Talk to the councilor at your current school. He should be able to help you more.
