DID the pc come with all the cds ? if it did try reinstalling windows if you dont have the cds then unistall them manually

what do u men by old files??????? u just bought a pc then there should not be any old files.......r u talking about program which u donot wish to use???????? if yes then go to control panel, under my computer icon) and add remove programs, from here u can remove progs........but make sure what r u going to remove.......and files u can remove directly by selecting and hitting delete key.........but as ur comp is new, there should not be any old file. please donot delete any system file other wise ur computer may not work properly........
