Every work place is mandated by Law to do drug testing. The only reason I can think of for them not to do this, would be if the requirement is based upon the amount of employees that are hired. Most all employers do the drug test. If they don't they are out of the law.

the majority of them do. especially if you will work around money. some don't but they keep the option open by saying the can do random test and they will if you start to act strange or get hurt on the job. then they will for sure.

yes they all do now adays and if you been doing drugs then you should just quit not because they WILL find out!!

it flatly states taht they will and can do random drug tests at any given time with no reason and if you refuse then you are fired anyway.

most movie theatres and restaraunts usually dont.
I know retail stores like target, ralphs, etc. make you take them.
of course, you dont have to worry if you dont do drugs.
