its kinda embarrassing, when after ive had intercourse that theres some bleeding. when i went to see the doc and asked about this he told me that the lining in my vagina is thinner as i get older and this is the cause of bleeding, but i cant stand it. i wonder if there is a way to fix this. i hate having sex and aving to worry if im bleeding or not.
somebody help.

yes, as a woman gets older she will experience atrophy of the inner vaginal walls. atrophy just means a wearing down of health tissue, due to low estrogen levels. my first advice is to always use lubricant with intercourse. it will help. you could also ask your physican for a estrogen based vagina cream. it will make a huge difference. hope this helps

I'm sorry but I don't have an answer for your question, but the same thing has been happening to me. I started going out with a new guy recently and I've been having the same problem. He is very large and it does hurt sometimes so I just thought it was that.
