i have looked on ebay already and i havnt found a single oem tailgate cap. i live out of the way, hence the reason i would like to get it off the internet.

you don't have to wait for something to get shipped to your house. What you can do and what i do all the time is use my local wrecking yard/junk yard and look for the part there. If you don't want to pull the part yourself from the wrecking yard, then you can have them pull the part for you for an extra buck or two, sometimes it's free depending on the wrecking yard. Take the time out and give it a shot, that way you can see how it's installed that way you don't have any surprises when you do it at home, good luck mister,=alex

Ebay has everything, ive bought many things from Ebay. Just be weary of frauders/scammers.
