How can you animate pictures??

Ok I mean like there is a picture and then it is animated with other pictures like a video picture, and also how do you glitter them??

use Photshop its build with image ready... you can use image ready to animate and glitter, its hard but the best

Your question is a little vague, so I'll try to answer as best as I can. Animated pictures are either animated gifs or flash files. To make and animated gif you need to download some software for this, just google or yahoo 'animated gif editor'. As far as glittering them, I'm assuming that you want to make them appear as if the had glitter on them. There is a free photo editor called Gimp that can do a bunch of cool stuff, probably glitter too. There are no free flash editors so try the animated gifs.
