I am trying to find out when I. Magnin & Co. made the Real Leopardskin Hat with Pillbox

It was probably made in the late 50's - early 60's when the pillbox hat was at it's peak of popularity.
If you have a reputable auction house near you, take it there. The appraisers are well trained in identifying objects.
