my daughters boyfriend was buying a home from a private home owner,lost his job,got behind on payments,owner came with a foreclosue notice,what if any rights do they have do they get a eviction notice will they have to be out by the time of the sale?can they just come in and move them out into the street like they have been told by the owner?He has a 7 year old daughter too.They have a place to move to but will not be ready until a later date after the sale.

Your home was probably financed through HUD (Housing Urban and Development).

If they are not paying their rent then they have no leg to stand on. Your daughter's bf has breached the contract therefore the owner has every legal right to take the necessary actions to remove them from the premises.

If the owner came with a foreclosure notice, sounds like the clock may be ticking. They should have at least 30 days to vacate.
