well, i am not a man, but i do talk to men about such things. the general opinion i've gotten from men is that they look nice (sometimes), but they don't feel right. every man i've ever asked has said they prefer *real* breasts.
sometimes fake bewbies look just as they are....fake. unnatural and weird. many men agree.

Stupid. I have no respect for a woman who believes she needs breast implants to be happy or to look good to others. I do think that it's great that plastic surgeons have so many silly women buying breast implants so that they can practice on getting it just right so that mastectomy patients can be helped.

How about this. The kind that men don't snicker at behind your back, you likely can't afford. You definitely get what you pay for with implants.

I think breast augmentation is a big no-no, I prefer natural, and to me looks aren't everything. Also think of it this way, if a girl does have a breast augmentation done, she would attract attention from other guys, something that I would be uncomfortable with.

Everytime you look at the breasts you will see an open hole in woman on a surgery table with a knife, a surgeon's hand and a pound of jelly jammed in there.
Kinda kills the mood, no?

I, like most guys, like big boobs. But I would never want my wife to get them because I don't want her to get cut just to try and look better (even though it would shut her up - her breast size is something she complains about daily).

I want breasts that provide milk for her young. There's no substitute for a mother's milk.
