White face makeup, black creme to draw on the eyebrows, black eye liner, gray eye shadow. Most costume stores sell kits to do costume makeup for Halloween. Many of the kits even come with step by step instructions on how to do the looks. That same store even has one:

ok well it looks like his face is pale but not completely white so,put baby powder on a blush brush and put it on ur arms and face put some eye liner on not the liquid but traditional stick kind and then smear it a littlebit so ur i's look dark but first put on the baby powder though and put some liquid i-liner on ur eyebrows and take a small lip/eye brush and put it on ur lips like blood the day be4................lol
