I think it depends on the situation, and what your goal is.
I would say most of the time classy would work, but there
are times where you might pick trashy, such as when the
situation requires it, or it is the more suitable choice. Another
factor is income level. If you're poor, the classy look might
be less of an option for you than the trashy look. It also
depends on what type of image you wish to convey as well.
Trashy might be fine if you're at a bar or some seedy
nightclub, but it is definitely inappropriate if you're at some
high-class establishment type place. You have to make a
judgment call based on the situation. The business attire
might be out of place at a low-income district of town, so
it really depends where you are and what you are doing
at the time.

Slightly more trashy than classy. I think a little less cleavage (or more dress) would stand you better. Good choice in basic black with white accents.

If you are asking about yourself, you most absolutely have a classy look. Let's say you were my GF - I would want you to dress classy when we went out. But, let's say it was my birthday - I might want to put a dog collar on you and lead you around like a sex slave just for one day, while you were dressed in a sleazy outfit.
